- Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed and the loft bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed.
- Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster and blender. Breakfast bar seats 3 and dining table seats an additional 6 people.
- Comfortable living room with an open floor / great room theme and propane fireplace with river rock accent.
- Living room TV connected to Dish Network with local network channels, DVD player and small DVD collection, and surround sound system with Ipod interface. Loft bedroom has TV with Dish Network. Master bedroom has a CD/Radio. Wireless internet access available, bring your laptop.
- Laundry facilities on main floor for renter use.
- Attached single car garage with opener is available to renters. Real easy access to complex indoor hot tub, just steps out your front door.
- This condo complex is well landscaped, this unit's back deck has a gas grill and looks out to the duck pond and the Teton Range.

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.
On occasion shorter bookings may be accepted.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose
from. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
