- Master bedroom has 1 queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds
- Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, all utensils, pots and pans, and dishware.
- Living room has propane flame fireplace and sliding glass doors to woodland setting and patio area
- This rental is equipped with Dish Satellite TV/VCR, and small CD player
Wireless internet access available at Teton Creek Resort 24 hours per day, best signal achieved from the lobbies in the Dreamcatcher and Bannock buildings
- There is a mile long nature trail meandering through the property for your enjoyment
- Condo complex has 2 community hot tubs (Seasonal closures on hot tub are approximately April 15th to May 31st and September 15th to Thanksgiving, otherwise it should be up and running)
- There are laundry facilities in the unit and a ski locker for your use

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose
from. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
