- Well built 1280 sq ft side by side duplex located right in the town of Driggs
- Master bedroom has King bed, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom and a set of bunk beds (2 twins) in the 3rd bedroom
- Great kitchen with fun colors, well equipped including dishwasher, blender, small food processer, coffee grinder, and microwave
- Living room has wood floors, Cable TV that gets local channels also, and a DVD. 2nd TV in home just has a VCR- for watching movies only. Wireless Internet access (bring your laptop).
- Along with TV's home has lots of games and kids toys, also has a highchair and crib stored in basement for your use
- Convenient town location, nice fenced yard, easy walk to Driggs restaurants and shopping
- Home has washer and dryer for your use, also a stereo with CD player
- Great views of Teton Valley, Freds Mountain (Grand Targhee), and the Teton Range including the top of the Grand Teton

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.
On occasion shorter bookings may be accepted.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose
from. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
