| Description |
- Approximately 3000 square foot custom log home with spectacular Teton Views, big decks, outdoor hot tub, and seasonal stream
- Two main floor bedrooms with queen beds, Master Loft has queen bed, upstairs bunk room (above garage, seperate from rest of house) has 2 bunks (4 twin beds) and a queen size futon
- Well equipped kitchen, double electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, Cuisinart coffee maker, microwave, blender, and crockpot
- Living room with Teton Views has full size sleeper sofa, 53" color TV with Dish satellite, and a stereo system that plays CD's
- Home is equipped with 2 TV's, each with Dish Network (including local channels), VCR and DVD player. Upstairs bunk room has foosball table and Nintendo game system. Wireless Internet access (bring your laptop).
- Home sits on 2.5 acres, has glass front wood stove in living room, lots of space to spread out.
- Both master loft and bunk room have second story decks with mountain views.
- Home has 2 car garage with openers and washer and dryer for your use.

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.
On occasion shorter bookings may be accepted.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose
from. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
