- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and eating bar
- Living room has beautiful river rock accents, new furnishings and plenty of seating
- Home is set up with high speed wireless internet service (bring your laptop). Flat screen, high definition TV's in living room and 2 bedrooms all with Satellite TV through Dish Network including local network channels, plus DVD & VCR combo. Bunk room has a TV with DVD & VCR combo. Stereo system with CD player and surround sound in living room. Sony MP3 docking station in upstairs loft. Lots of local guide books for outdoor adventures.
- Large pond (not stocked with fish) but the perfect place to practice your fly fishing casts
- Home offers country living, hot tub over looking pond, and large redwood deck facing the Tetons and Grand Targhee Ski Area
- Laundry facilities, 2 car garage, Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. July & August require a 5 night minimum booking.

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
