- This 4300 sq ft air conditioned home built in 2008 is a wonderful gathering place for family reunions and large groups
- Main floor bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed, lower level bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 each have a queen bed plus a twin bed, lower level bedroom 6 has a queen bed and a bunkbed with 2 twins
- Kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessities plus it has 2 crock pots, a convection oven plus regular oven with flat stove top, toaster oven, coffee pot, coffee grinder, dishwasher and microwave
- The main floor living room has a floor to ceiling rock fireplace (propane), plenty of comfortable seating and an open floor plan to dining and kitchen area
- Widescreen TV/DVD with Direct Satellite (Choice Package) is located in the lower level living room/den area, sorry no network channels available
- This home is located on 5 acres, surrounded by open space, 6 miles Northeast of Driggs
- The lower level living room/den has large French doors open to the East for a spectacular view and beautiful sunrises and a wet bar with refrigerator, sink and counter top.
- Wrap around decks surround the house, propane bbq, laundry facilities with iron and iron board, no garage

| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
