- Masterbedroom has king bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins beds and queen sleeper sofa in the living room
- The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee pot and grinder, rice cooker, wok and all the other cookware necessites
- Big picture windows facing the Teton Mountains, propane slate tile fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating in the open design living room.
- Dish Satellite TV plus internet access (bring your laptop)
- This unit is tucked away in the corner of the complex, East facing decks with propane BBQ and hot tub and for your enjoyment
- Neighborhood walking path follows seasonal stream to enjoy an evening stroll and includes views of Fred's Mountain (Grand Targhee Ski Resort) and the Teton Range.
- There is a 1 car garage and laundry facilities in the home

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
