| Description |
- 1835 sq. ft. custom home built into south facing ridge with solar powered electrical system. Located 20 miles North of Driggs, Idaho, best Teton views in the valley.
- Upstairs bedroom has queen bed and private bathroom with clawfoot tub. Sitting area with wood burning heat stove, wood provided. Main floor semi-private bedroom has full bed and bathroom with shower, den has twin bed.
- Fully equipped kitchen has propane refrigerator, propane Wolf cooking stove and oven, wood burning cook stove and custom maple cabinets. Eating bar for 3 and dining table for 6.
- Living room has comfortable furnishings, propane heater and tile flooring.
Upstairs sitting balcony offers valley and mountain views.
- The rental provides a CD/cassete player and radio. Music library and board games are available.
- This unique ridgetop property has expansive Teton Range views to the east and Big Hole Mtn views to the southwest.
- The Targhee National Forest is 1/4 mile to the east with excellent hiking and mountain biking trails. Enjoy a multitude of wild flowers and potential wildlife viewing.
- The front yard has a firepit, charcoal BBQ and picnic table for good times.

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
