| Description |
- 2 story 900 sq. ft. cabin on 10 acres with incredible Teton Mountain Range views.
- 1 queen bed in master bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in living room
- Fully equipped kitchen has microwave, sorry no dishwasher
- Living room has open floor plan with propane flame stove
- TV with local channels, VCR, DVD, stereo with CD player, and wireless internet
- Cross Country skiing right from the door in the winter and private road ways to walk in the summer
- Master bath has a deep jetted Jacuzzi tub, outside on the porch there is a charcoal bbq grill for your use
- Laundry facilities in rental. This is a working ranch, sometimes the owner stays at his cabin on the property and at other times there will be workers on the property doing building projects.

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.
On occasion shorter bookings may be accepted.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
