- Open living area with overstuffed couch, french doors open out to wrap around deck, and 2 story rock fireplace
- 2 TV's each with Dish Network and all the local channels, DVD & VCR, and small CD player. Internet access, bring your laptop.
- Large outdoor hot tub, property is set on 20 acres with excellent East facing Teton Views and West facing Big Hole Mountain Views
- Home located in quiet country setting 2 upper level bedrooms each with private bathroom, 2 upper level decks, 4th bedroom is off garage, remote from rest of house
- Laundry facilities, large two car garage, master bath has jetted tub and beautiful tile and glass shower

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.
On occasion shorter bookings may be accepted.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
