| Description |
- This is a brand new (completed in 2008) 4000 Sq. Ft. home with three levels and plenty of space for everyone.
- Main level has master bedroom with king bed and the 2 upstairs bedrooms have queen beds. Lower level has 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, granite countertops, and electric stainless steel appliances. Breakfast bar seats 4, and dinning table seats 8-10.
- This home has a lower level game room, loft and living room. Loft is great family area with two couches, one a sleeper sofa. Living Room is sunny with stone fireplace, couch and chairs, and TV, it is a great lounging area.
- 4 flat screen TV's each with Direct satellite, TV's located in master bedroom, loft, living room, and game room. Home also equipped with wireless internet access (bring your laptop).
- This home sits on 2 acres in the back of Targhee Ranch subdivision, very quiet location on cul de sac, so no outside traffic but your few neighbors.
- Lower level game room has pool table, game table, dart board, bar, and comfortable couches. Laundry facilities in the home.
- There is a 2 car garage and the 6 person hot tub is located outside on wrap around deck with Teton Views.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
